The candidate journey

We want to set you up for success, so your recruiter will guide you through each step. The process usually takes 4–6 weeks, but timing may vary by role.

Step 1
Intro call

During your first conversation with a recruiter, we’ll go over the role, the team dynamics, and explore your background to see how this role aligns with your career goals

Step 2
Call with the Hiring Manager

When you meet the hiring manager, they’ll discuss the specifics of the role and the team, while also learning about your experiences and what you seek in your next job.

Step 3
Meet the team

You’ll meet with the team to get a feel for the role and how everything works day-to-day. Each interviewer will be focusing on an important aspect of the role.

Step 4
Assignment

For some roles, we might ask you to complete a short project, do a take-home task, or complete a technical test.

Step 5
Final interview

Many roles will have a final interview with the hiring manager or a member of our Leadership team.

Step 6
Offer

Once interviews are done, the panel will connect to review feedback from the interview process. If it's a match, your recruiter will reach out with an offer!
