How long do call recordings remain available in OpenPhone?

OpenPhone keeps recordings for as long as you have an active OpenPhone account and as long as the number hasn’t been deleted from the workspace.

Can you download call recordings?

Yes, you can download call recordings. Just click the “...” beside the recording and select Download.

How do I play back call recordings in OpenPhone?

You can listen to recordings from the OpenPhone web, desktop, iOS, or Android apps. Just select the conversation you want to listen to and click the play button.
